Annual Leave

Salary

Holidays Pay

2 years anniversary – An additional FTE 1 day holiday. Then an additional FTE 1 day holiday every three years, up to a maximum of 5 additional days .

Employment Assistance, Training and Development Programme

All staff will receive a paid induction and training program that ensures mandatory training like the Oliver McGowen programme, PREVENT, STOMP and Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), Mental Capacity Act and Safeguarding (to name but a few). We will deliver and/or procure training bespoke to the individuals needs. This could include: Makaton, Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and Epilepsy (not exhaustive). All staff gain the level 2 care certificate within 3 months and could enrol onto an apprenticeship that will enable them to achieve levels 3, 4 and beyond. Assessment and Continuing professional development of staff will be via their annual appraisal utilising the Personal Development Skills Wheel
