Cura Care UK’s Team is Growing
The positions we have available for start dates towards the end of August:
- 2 x Team Leader Positions
- 10 – 15 x Wellbeing Support Practitioners (full-time/part-time positions available*)
- 4 x Wellbeing Support Practitioners (waking nights)
*full-time positions will be working a 42-hour week and part-time start from 15 hours per week.
What we are looking for
As a Wellbeing Support Practitioner, you will develop and implement individualised care plans based on service users’ needs, preferences, and aspirations, ensuring their voice and choice are central to decision-making. You will support individuals in acquiring and maintaining daily living skills, promoting self-sufficiency and autonomy, and encourage active participation in community life through social, recreational, and vocational activities that align with their interests.
Additionally, you will provide emotional support, listen actively, and assist in managing mental health, advocating for their rights and interests to ensure informed choices. You will also help maintain physical health by administering medication, coordinating healthcare appointments, and promoting healthy lifestyles, while maintaining accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
